Enjoy a moment of relaxation while strengthening your muscles gently and appropriately with the Ballon Forme© method.

Our sessions comprised of 4 classes will get you back in shape after the birth of your child in a friendly atmosphere! 

The classes are limited to 4 mums per session for more comfort and intimacy. In this small group you will be able to meet other mums and share your experience. 

The classes are recommended starting from 6 weeks after birth. The exercises are perfect for this particular period and can easily be repeated at home. 

You are welcome to bring your baby along if you wish. Depending on your baby’s routine, they can even join in, so you can enjoy some together time while exercising. 

With our highly skilled enthusiastic midwives, you will get to: 

  • Strengthen your muscles (abdomen, back, pelvic floor, arms and legs) gently and appropriately
  • Enjoy a feeling of well-being
  • Gain better posture
  • Restore balance and flexibility
  • Relieve your back
  • Improve your breathing

*These classes are reserved for mums who have given birth at the Clinique de La Source.



Key information

Beginning of classes : from the 6th week after delivery and from the 8th week after a caesarean.
