Our goal is to inform our patients about measures related to the prevention of respiratory viruses such as influenza or CoVID-19.

Our doctors and staff are doing everything they can to ensure optimal care in the best conditions.

Information on respiratory viruses_

WEARING A MASK

Wearing a surgical mask at the Clinic is mandatory for patients, accompanying persons and visitors, in the following places:

  • Upon your arrival at the Clinic,
  • At the reception of the main entrance,
  • In the admissions and case management offices,
  • All care units, including corridors, rooms and nurses' offices,
  • All outpatient areas (corridors, waiting rooms and examination rooms in the Outpatient centre, blood sampling room, Radiology, Radio-oncology, Competence centres, Breast imaging centre and Physiotherapy),
  • All public areas inside the Clinic (entrance hall, corridors and stairs).

 

The only exception is for our patients when they are in their room.

Everyone is free to wear the mask beyond the above recommendations.

The Clinic employees and accredited doctors are also asked to wear a mask for your safety.
 

CATERING

Café Restaurant La Véranda: Staff, doctors, visitors, accompanying persons and patients wear a surgical mask until they are seated at a table. Wearing s surgical mask is mandatory for La Véranda staff.

Room service: Food and drinks are not allowed in the rooms for visitors.
 

IN ADDITION

Upon your arrival, you are required to thoroughly disinfect your hands.

Other basic hygiene measures must be applied without interruption:

  • Good hand hygiene (thorough hand disinfection)
  • Respect of respiratory etiquette which includes:
    1. Covering the mouth and nose with a tissue if coughing/sneezing,
    2. Placing the used tissue in the nearest waste bin,
    3. Carefully disinfecting the hands.
  • Good ventilation of the premises

 

IN CASE OF SYMPTOMS, EVEN MINOR ONES

We ask:

  • visitors to cancel their visit,
  • patients to contact their surgeon or doctor who will decide if the hospitalisation or intervention will be maintained as planned.
