Day care with or without private insurance
_

Our Outpatient Centre welcomes anyone who requires medical-surgical care and can leave on the day of surgery. Open Monday to Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., we can welcome anyone regardless of his insurance coverage.

We introduce you to our outpatient and specialised interventional care services.

At the Outpatient Centre and throughout our clinic, through an ever-changing infrastructure and medical devices, as well as caregivers who are trained according to the latest recommendations, we guarantee optimal safety and care, in a reassuring environment.

The Centre has 24 beds each with an individual space, and is organised in two sectors: the Day Clinic on the one hand and the Endoscopy Centre and Interventional Service on the other hand.

Global and personalised medical support

We work closely with referring physicians to ensure optimal continuity of care for each patient. Whether it is for outpatient follow-up or a more complex procedure, our goal is to provide rapid, efficient and patient-centred management.

All services are covered by basic insurance and are at the same rates as those of the public hospitals.

For any additional information or to arrange the management of your patients, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Day Clinic

The Day Clinic is a department specialising in the reception, preparation and monitoring of patients for procedures requiring brief hospitalisation.

  • Outpatient surgery
  • Interventional radiology: counselling and monitoring of patients before and after minimally-invasive radiological procedures (e.g., diagnostic puncture and biopsy, ascites or pleural fluid drainage, embolisation, and angiography).

In addition, we provide complex care, such as:

  • Complex infusions for the management of chronic diseases (e.g., autoimmune diseases) requiring intravenous infusion treatments.
  • Transfusions

Endoscopy Centre and Interventional Service

Our centre has two examination rooms fully equipped for endoscopies and other specific procedures. We provide comprehensive care ranging from preparation to post-interventional monitoring, in close collaboration with the referring teams.

Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

We perform a complete range of endoscopic examinations of the digestive tract, such as:

  • Gastroscopy
  • Colonoscopy
  • Rectoscopy
  • Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)

These procedures help diagnose and treat a variety of gastrointestinal disorders. In addition, we offer specific infusions for chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (e.g. Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis).

Bronchial Endoscopy

We conduct advanced respiratory tract examinations, including:

  • Bronchoscopy: upper and lower respiratory tract examination.
  • Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS): a technique used for the collection of samples for the analysis of lung nodules or lymph nodes.

Surgery under local anaesthesia

Our surgical team provides minor procedures under local anaesthesia, such as:

  • Excision of cysts, abscesses, nodules and lipomas
  • Scar revision surgery
  • Ingrown nail repair

These procedures are performed on an outpatient basis, with appropriate postoperative monitoring.

Interventional Medicine

Our services in interventional medicine include a variety of specialised procedures:

  • Central venous line placement: for prolonged administration of intravenous treatments.
  • Bone marrow biopsy and aspiration (BMA)
  • Lumbar puncture
  • Infiltrations: targeted treatment of joint or inflammatory pain by injection of corticosteroids or other agents.
  • Drainage placement: for drainage of fluid collections (e.g., pleural effusions or abscesses).

Anaesthetic Management

Different types of anaesthetic management are proposed, depending on the examinations and the patient’s medical record:

  • By an anaesthesiologist and a nurse anaesthetist
  • By a surgeon
  • By a nurse trained in sedation under the supervision of the surgeon

Patient Pathway

All patients are referred to the Outpatient Centre by their surgeon, their treating physician or the radiologist. Upon their arrival at the Clinic, they are welcomed by our Admissions Department before being treated at the Outpatient Centre by our healthcare team.
