Appraisal and development interview

Each employee benefits from a regular appraisal according to a given process. Intended to encourage dialogue, this annual interview is designed to be a special opportunity for fruitful exchanges and listening in order to evaluate the past year as well as plan for the future.

 
Employee satisfaction

We also mesure satisfaction amongst our employees through regular surveys, arising from a concern for ongoing improvement of our practices and the prevailing atmosphere within the clinic. Great importance is also attached to the application of measurement tools and action plans.

 
Formation

Every employee is invited to develop his or her skills by taking part in ongoing training. We encourage vocational training by allocating resources after assessing the needs. We cultivate and develop our expertise and knowledge.

 
Employee health

We care about physical, mental and social well-being of our staff. To this end, we offer our employees the benefits of a medical infrastructure which includes our occupational health physician and HPCI nurse.
