Because the immediate environment is also an important factor in the healing process, the Clinic offers a unique range of services with top quality hotel services.
YOUR ROOM
The Clinic is delighted to offer you premium hotel services to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
All of our rooms include the following amenities:
- An electric bed, with an ergonomic pillow, or an additional pillow on request.
- A bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, a bathrobe, slippers and a toiletry kit with various swiss products.
- A smart TV, giving you access to your favorite streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime etc.) from your smart phone. For shared rooms, headphones are available.
- A telephone with a personal number, which will be provided upon arrival. Calls within Switzerland are free of charge. If necessary, you can ask reception to block your line if you do not wish to be disturbed.
- A choice of beauty and well-being treatments is available in the room, upon request to the nursing staff.
- A laundry service for your personal clothing.
- A safe with a code. We recommend that you do not bring jewellery or valuable items. The Clinic assumes no liability in the event of loss or theft.
- For patients insured on a semi-private basis, a private room upgrade is possible, upon request to admin@lasource.ch and subject to availability, for CHF 300.- per night.
CATERING
For your well-being, our chef, Thomas Neeser, and his team prepare delicious dishes every day. Please feel free to let us know your dietary preferences so that we can advise you as closely as possible in line with your wishes.
- Our hotel assistants will visit you to advise you and take your meal order.
- For your in-room meals, whether you are insured privately or semi-privately, you will enjoy a selection of daily set menus or à la carte dishes at no extra charge.
- Room service is available on request by phone.
- Our "La Véranda" restaurant is available to you and your visitors 7 days a week. You can enjoy the meals included in your stay there.
A kiosk offers you a choice of newspapers, magazines, treats, as well as toys and flowers.
Patients hospitalised with private insurance also benefit from complimentary soft drinks, for themselves and their visitors.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- For safety reasons, both for the building as well as for patients and staff, smoking in rooms, including on balconies or in any other public place of the Clinic, is prohibited. However, smoking is permitted in the outside areas surrounding the Clinic and in the smoking area located in our restaurant La Véranda.
- Cash withdrawals may be made at the main reception.
- As there are limited parking places available, please avoid parking your vehicle at the Clinic during your stay. You may park at the Palais de Beaulieu car park, or use taxi services by calling the Clinic.
- A priest, a pastor, and their assistants, appointed by their Church as chaplains of the Clinic, regularly visit patients. They may also be called if you so wish. A representative of any other religious community may be called upon request.
- Please note that pets are not allowed inside the Clinic.
