| Additional services around the birth at extra cost | Preparation classes are offered for traditional childbirth, a water birth or with birthing ball, as well as sessions on parenting preparation and babywearing. The Maternity Ward team also organise gentle postnatal exercise and perineal rehabilitation sessions. |
