Orthopaedics and traumatology are medical specialisations dedicated to the surgical treatment of physical trauma, and musculoskeletal disorders (bones, joints, tendons, ligaments and muscles).

Orthopaedics is one of La Source’ surgical specialisations, thanks to the presence of several reputed orthopaedic accredited doctors, who operate here regularly.

The main causes of locomotion diseases, be they lower limb (hip, knee, foot), of an upper limb (hand, elbow, shoulder) or joint (muscles, tendons) sometimes requires surgical intervention, which can be conducted in one of the operating theatres of the operating unit at La Source. Our theatres are equipped with a state-of-the-art medico-technical and surgical device and thus enable surgeons to operate under the best possible conditions.

Our Physiotherapy Institute, located in the heart of the Clinic, also offers post-operative follow-up either for the length of the hospital stay or afterwards on an outpatient basis.
