Your hospitalisation
in case of flu symptoms _

Your safety is our priority

We are committed to ensure the safety of each patient as well as our employees and doctors, and therefore do our utmost to ensure optimal care and limit risks as much as possible.

Your healthcare team, whether our employees or your doctor, are at your disposal to support you during your stay and answer all your questions. Please do not hesitate to contact us if needed.

Your stay

If you are presenting flu symptoms or if you have tested positive for CoVID-19 or any other respiratory virus in the 5 days preceding your hospitalisation or outpatient stay, you must contact the surgeon or doctor responsible for your hospitalisation who will decide if your intervention will be maintained as planned.

If you experience any symptoms, even mild ones, you will be asked to wear a mask as follows:

  • As soon as you enter the Clinic,

  • During treatments and exams,

  • During visits.

And only if not medically contraindicated.

IN ADDITION

Standard precautions and barrier measures remain in force and must be observed at all times.

Moreover, other basic hygiene measures must be applied without interruption:

  • Good hand hygiene (thorough hand desinfection)

  • Respect of respiratory etiquette which includes:
    1. Covering the mouth and nose with a tissue if coughing/sneezing,
    2. Placing the used tissue in the nearest waste bin,
