Sanitary measures that help us protect your health and our staff.
WEARING A MASK
It is not mandatory to wear a mask at the clinic.
Everyone is free to wear a mask beyond the above recommendations.
The following basic hygiene measures must be applied without interruption:
- Good hand hygiene (thorough hand desinfection)
- Respect of respiratory etiquette which includes:
1. Covering the mouth and nose with a tissue if coughing/sneezing,
2. Placing the used tissue in the nearest waste bin,
3. Carefully disinfecting the hands. - Good ventilation of the premises
IN CASE OF SYMPTOMES, EVEN MINOR ONES
Please immediately contact the doctor who prescribed your outpatient consultation to find out whether it should go ahead as planned and notify the relevant outpatient department, or whether it would be preferable to postpone it.
If the outpatient consultation or procedure goes ahead as planned, you must wear a mask from the moment you arrive at the clinic.
In addition, upon arrival, we kindly ask you to thoroughly disinfect your hands and not to go to our café-restaurant "La Véranda".
The implementation of these measures helps to ensure your safety, that of our patients, and that of our staff.
